FAQ
What does the Random Email Generator do?
It combines randomly selected first and last names to create email address strings for testing, development and mock data.
Which username formats are available?
You can choose first.last, first_last, firstlast, first.initial, initial.last, last.first or lastfirst.
Can I use a custom email domain?
Yes. Select Custom domain and enter a domain name. The generator validates its format but does not verify domain ownership or mail service availability.
Can I add numbers to generated addresses?
Yes. Enable Add random numbers and choose a length from 1 to 8 digits. The numeric suffix is appended to the username after a dot.
Are the generated email addresses guaranteed to be fictional?
No. The generator creates address strings but does not check whether they belong to existing mailboxes. Use reserved example domains for safer documentation and test data.
Can I generate multiple addresses at once?
Yes. You can generate between 1 and 100 email addresses in one operation and copy the entire list.
